Question for you and UWC … How bad was the hard water on the glass ? Was the hard water damage because of a salt water swimming pool or sprinklers ? Do you know how long the hard water damage was on the windows ? how many applications did you do ?
The reason i ask is because me and another window cleaner worked on a job together on 7 huge plates of glass that were 7x10.
The plates were in horrible shape from a salt water pool. Each plate took over 4 hours and they looked great but at a distance there were some path marks. The guy i worked with finished up the job and i think after all said and done he used the ENVICOAT and it masked a lot of it.
You can try and contact BRAD BOLT of CLEARLY PROFESSIONAL WINDOW CLEANING … as he is a member on here also

Do any of you have any pics of before and after ? I am sure there will be other members that will chime in to assist and help you you.
If you guys used the grey pad first you should probably go back and try the blue pad then hit it with the envicoat … It may or may not work. Or you could give jeff a call as we talked to him about this problem … he will probably even tell you about me and brads job .
Best of luck.

May I ask which kit did you buy? Thanks

I can say that the liquid polish is amazing. Most of my doors i have done had a previous coating on it, and the powder did not work. The liquid polish works perfectly. I would buy both, and test the glass before doing the whole thing. If you see a hazing, switch to the liquid polish. Blue pad works great!

I like the liquid polish as well. I hated mixing the powder. Very messy. The liquid is easy and very effective for most stains I’ve used it on.
