Lets say

Lets say…you had a FREE trip to the IWCA Convention in Reno… Everything was paid for, expenses wouldn’t be a concern.

What topics would you like to see seminars on?

Any speakers you would want to see?

Marketing, with Kevin Dubrosky as the guest speaker

Safty. all areas of it. ladders, boom lifts, roof rigs…ect.
marketing would also be nice. Learning how to create your own materials such as fliers and things like that. overviews of the I-14 and CCU. I would also like to see some hands on WFP pole work (beginner and advanced). Window repair and replacement is also something I would be interested in. Seeing that I have never been to one I really can only imagine what goes on there.

I would like to see Dan feilds with some CCU stuff like plastic scrappers. Just a once and for all Prove it sort of thing.

Chris I would really like to see you doing a seminar on upper managment topics. hiring, firing, numbers and that good stuff. I hate to put you under the bus cause I know you hate the pulic speaking thing but I think to hear your spin on a topic like that would be killer.

And the trade show would be cool too. I think if I was ever able to go I would want to be blown away by all the stuff I am prolly missing. My reality on trade shows/conventions is for the most part non-exsistent.

I want to see Kevin or Paul speak. Mostly marketing topics.

I’m spacing her name right now, but I think it’s Jane Seabright (?). Her Hire Hard, Manage Easy seminar a couple years ago in Nashville was Awesome.

I’d like to see more seminars about employee management, and more things geared towards residential and smaller operations.

Heck, in San Diego I think I only made it to a couple seminars. The networking in the hallways and bars is better than the seminars.

I agree about Jane Seabright, she was very good. I remember being very disappointed in the residential and commercial panels that year though. I’d like to see someone who is willing to share specific information, not just be admired by the audience.

Jason Evers was really good.

Topics should include add-on opportunities; direct mail from someone who successfully uses it in our industry (not a rep from a direct mailing company); information on homeowners associations…to name a few

I’d like to hear Dan Fields spill all the goods on everything he knows.

I would like to see Linda Tollins speak on whatever subject she desired. I think it would be an interesting 45 minutes.

Haven’t seen you in awhile. Fancy hearing from you. Hows the family???

I heard Alex did a great job on the resi panel in ATL. I’d love to see a repeat of that. I’d also love to see the marketing thing done by both Kevin and Paul as a panel discussion. Of course a good hour long FD presentation by Dan Fields would fill seats! Chris, if you could do a spot on direct mail and growing your company that would be stellar!
Last but not least, as has been said, Linda on any subject would be a must attend!

Hey Anthony. We’re all hanging in there. Hope all is well with you!

I would be interested in seeing a solid seminar on marketing. After all, I am attached to the topic.

Emotionally, that is

Yes my friend. Going to any seminars this year???

I don’t know… Been VERY busy. I’d like to go to Gary’s picnic and the convention in Reno if it will have a good line up…and if Chris is willing to buy a round or 2

Skip the picnic and come to Iowa, my friend. We will be having a blast and it would be great to see you again.

There will be a free MWCoA-sponsored Dan Fields seminar at Supply in Tracy in October 2009.

I would like to see more things on technology. Gps vehicle tracking, Crm software, web site tips etc.

I think a seminar by Chris on internet marketing would be great as well.

Although I appreciate the thought… I dont think I could do that. I could sit in on some question and answer panel though.

But anyway… what are some other things you guys would like to see? What would get you to attend?
