I found this on a military forum I post on now and then. I thought it was pretty funny and accurate. It used to drive me nuts to see people like this. And worse yet, I would almost blow my stack seeing them get promoted.
Just had to show that to one of our guys. 7 years on the army. He got a good chuckle out of it.
