Here’s one with the exact same problem, we have to clean it 2xs a year.

How easy was it to clean when you first washed it? If you had a real hard time cleaning maybe your down streamer was not pulling like it should of been. If it came back that quick I would wash it for them again for no charge this time using a real strong mix with lots of good dwell time.
