I would be 50-55. But in my area u have to be around that or u won’t get it. But that would have to be at the very least a every two week price. If it was monthly which I don’t recommend to restaurants it would be at least 60-65 depending on what type of restaurant it was. Chicken maybe more.

50-60 every 2 weeks.
Unless “big” means 15’ high windows then you can probably ask for more.
Pictures would be a HUGE help when you ask questions such as these…

For the fist clean I usually charge double, it’s going to take you a lot longer than you think.
I also present this to them in the quote: (just an example)
First clean: $100-$125
Monthly clean: $75-85
Bi-Weekly clean: $50-65
Yea it’ll take a couple of cleanings to get a system down and figure out the best way to hit everything. But once you do you’ll be on point and once this job is locked down you should be out selling your service to the surrounding businesses so you can make even more money per stop in this end of town.
If it’s a restaurant you’ll always want to sell them on the bi-weekly cleans since this will make your job easier and keep their business looking great for their customers.

It helps to come up with a ‘per-window’ price. Not to tell to customers, just to help you figure out how to price the jobs. That price is your starting point, then you add on for obstacles on the job.
Offering a lower price for a more frequent schedule is a great idea. If a route customer doesn’t want a schedule, we double the price. I’ve never charged more for a first-time cleaning. I figure that I will benefit from a long-term relationship with this customer, so I’m not going to charge them extra to start the relationship. But that’s just me.
