If your going to some how identify your company through a shirt or a name badge, I would go with the embroidered shirt, unless your purchasing large quantity for a large crew.
I know some places in the UK the guys wear badges to I’d themselves as be legal and insured to work, @Trad-Man , but Florida isn’t in the UK so I guess this last paragraph is not really helpful…Lol.

Our shirts have company info large on back, front chest is smaller company name,logo and employees name too.
We also have printed employee badges with photo on neck lanyard due to some requirements from commercial customers
