In all honesty though, if I were to bid an exterior only such as this with 300 plates I would be $1500-$2400 ($5 or $8/plate) depending on when they were last cleaned and if I get an actual contract for additional cleanings through the year.

Don’t bid on it!! if u don’t know window count and if u not sure if u have a way to reach 5 story. (I’m guessing). U will end up severely underbidding and hurting the next guy. Because then u will be the guy, the customer says well my last guy did it for so and so. And after u did u will vow never to do it again. So just give up the dream now. I would charge $xxxx By the way!

But i like Mikes bid. I see four stories, but if its outside only, wfp, and five up then probably 2000-2500 would be a good place to start. If you’re going to use a lift… Double it.
