I’d be at 744 for the windows, as for the gutter cleaning i got a 27ft ettore extension pole (unger goes up to 32ft i think) with a blue mr.longarm brush and that works great. I too have a sectional ladder so that makes the whole job alot easier… if you do use a pole then i’d do it as dan wagner said, or get you a wagtail, still wiping the top frame first. good luck
