Need inspiration on remider postcard

Hi there

I have a database with 600+ customers, most of them we’ve serviced more than once, some of them are frequents (quarterly, twice-year) but others are a one time. I just want to design a postcard to print a couple thousands, as some sort of reminder, so we can mail on a frequent basis “as needed”. I’m on the phone a lot trying to reach them and see if “they’re ready” to have their windows cleaned for this season, but I hate the phone thing, and thanks to our telemarketing friends, less people answer their phones nowadays. Also when you call and get the HO on the phone and ask, and you get a NO for answer you just have to bury that customer for a couple of months at least, you cannot keep calling until they say YES, at least is not my style.

With a marketing piece in the mail you can get to them more often without being pushy, that is my vision, which may be wrong.

If you want to share an idea or a headline that would be great for me and others in the future (not our grandkids).

I plan on leaving a blank space where I can "tease’ them with an offer, and deadline too, so I can order more postcards without worrying about an expiration date.

Thanks in advance

Inspiration attached…

Thanks Chris!
Good response on that one ?

Did you ever sent the X-ray postcard we talked about when you were here, remember ?

Great response! It did go out to all clients in our database that we haven’t serviced in 6 months and it did go out in June.

With factors like that its hard to tell how skewed the results are.

The Xray went well. Not as super hot as I thought it would be. We got 1 complaint… some lady called us up and called us “gross” for mailing her such a thing… The compliments we received on it outweighed the complaints.

No regrets though it more than paid for itself.

ok. I’ll bite, what was the X-ray thing?

Bert, Something like this …

Just had this designed…should be getting them in the mail soon. Pretty excited about them! Let me know what you think.

That looks pretty cool, but I would spice it up with some color or pictures. Make it grab the customer’s attention so it doesn’t just get tossed with the rest of the mail.
