You ought to hit em up on Wednesday or Thursday morning around 10am. Call them around 9:30 and let em know you’re close by and had some ideas that might work and if they have ten minutes that morning to meet so you can go over them with them, assure them it’s brief.
When you meet them, feel them out or straight up ask what the budget is. If they haven’t exhausted their budget this year, you can either make it a two part payment, one after work is complete and the second payment on the 2nd of January to come out of next years budget.
Come up with a budget friendly plan for them to keep the showcase windows good all year long for next year with a goal of raising the budget for 2018 by X amount so you can get the whole building done.
Might work.
But don’t sit this one out for someone else to find a solution for them.
