Need your input guys

I had a company(Business concepts Inc) call me about doing a 3x2 ad on front of vinyl telephone book cover, upper left corner…includes 28 tv spots w/still pic, to promote the arrival of the covers to my area,ad will be shown on 1/4 of tv screen will say name of biz and location , 2000 distributed locally to area businesses and century 21 will hand out in their new home packs, $280.00 1 time amount…seems reasonable…any opinions? Anyone ever do this? Thanks guys:)

280 is NOTHING!!! That is a fair price even if you were throwing it away and it didnt work. Thats almost free. I would do it. If it works you get great ads for next to nothing, businesses will be getting it, you get good visibility too.

I dont see any downfalls.

Take that deal and run with as soon as possible! I wish someone would offer me a similar arrangement. Advertising is expensive and time consuming. Make sure you monitor new business to gauge it’s effectiveness. But I’m sure you will get a favorable ROI.

Yeah that’s a great deal, but whatever you do, put something on the ad where you can track it… and give them a reason to call…

Have somewhere on the ad, “Mention “phonebook” for a special discount!”

Not only will they be curious as to what the disount is, but you’ll know that they called you because of your 280.00 dollar ad… that way you’ll know whether it was worth it or not for next year.

Great deal! We do a welcome basket with Prudential Preferred. Solid leads.

great idea, I added that to the ad…thanks:)
