What kind of commercial are you doing? And how do you price your sizes of windows?
We just did a La Quinta a few weeks ago. Charged $800 exterior only with WFP and it took the two of us 2.5hrs. 3.0 hrs including setup and put up. That’s what I love.
Hospitals, College Dorms, College Library. I do not price per window. I could spend an 8 hour day just to count windows. Honestly this sounds crazy but I just kind of wing it I just kind of look and know about what the job should cost that’s reasonable. It’s just a gut feeling where I can kind of look and see what I think they would pay without me looking like I’m gouging them and with me still being super profitable. It’s actually amazing what you can make on very large commercial work with a water fed pole.
