A few key points to consider:
- What equipment are you using?
- How long will the project take you? Do you have help?
- What will your out-of-pocket costs be for the project? Can you float those costs for the 30-60+ days you’re waiting to get paid?
- How much do you need/want to make per day?
Most guys will suggest walking away from such a large project when first starting out. It can sink your business before you know it if you get in over your head somehow.
