I agree, I’d be charging at least $35 to do that estimate 
If it wasn’t Adobe, I would double the size and make each halfpage into a full page, and put both sides back to back…
Most thorough bid sheet I’ve seen yet. But it is hard to read (even with reading glasses ;-)P
