Does anyone else collect customer emails and carry out email campaigns? If so, how often do you send out to their inbox?

I’ve just started gathering e-mails from customers. I have a couple that only communicate thru e-mail. What kind of campaigns are you thinking about Curt?
Similar to the one I posted, focusing on an offer and persistent contact. This is a weak area for me, but one that I long to be strong with.

I have been trying also to collect them. I too am weak in getting them. I’m trying to figure out a shure fire way in which I have to collect them either at the booking or payment. I was going strong last year with getting tons of info on my customers. Pictures of the home/window, names of family members pets etc. But the email is just sliping. I would also like to use it as another added way to remind them of their service. Ah I’ll get on the ball one day.
