The service I found to remove a scratch uses the “Nova” system. Or is it “novus?” It is a slurry system.
Of course, the company says “its the best system out there.” But I’m looking for an unbiased opinion.
Does anyone have any experience with this or similar systems. Do I need to be worried about distortion? Any opinions?

I’m not sure… I’m just posting because you haven’t had a response yet. Do they offer a guarantee of any kind?
With any scratch removal system you need to make sure the operator is skilled. If too much is removed in a small area then you can get distortion. Also if the scratch being removed is deep you’ll probably get distortion w/ just about any system.
