I watched a video on here a few days ago about referrals, and out of the box ways to get them. Just an idea for anyone that wants it. A few years ago on ocasion we would have a customer who had to come outside the house for some reason immediately after I soaked it down. So we started giving those cheap disposable ponchos to every cusomer before the job, to protect there clothing. I know its kind of overkill and some may say wierd, and I have given over 1200 out in the past couple years, and probably only seen people use them a dozen times, but I have got a ton of calls asking are you that guy who gives out the poncho when you pressure wash. We put a sticker on the poncho bag with our name loge etc. anything to strike up a conversation. Just an idea!!!
