I know commercial window cleaning is cut throat. I really love 2-5 story high-tech buildings or commercial buildings. I hate the idea of charging two dollars a window pane… They vary in size. I’m having a hard time setting in stone firm pricing on window panes for my sales guys. For instance take the picture below… Easy waterfed pole job… How much per pane? There are different sizes… Would love for you guys to look at this picture and give me an idea of what you look for when coming to a price per pane…
Also do you always try and lock them for twice a year cleanings? So much work out here just want to approach it strategically, doesn’t take much for word to get around that you ballpark prices. Need a formula of my own but would love to know your theory and your route when you come to a price for these kind of buildings. Thanks guys.
