I was doing a commercial job across the street from a new funeral home being built and went introduced myself to the gen contractor -asked about giving estimate on window cleaning and he asked if we also did general cleaning -after they were done and before anything was moved in, wiping walls, floors etc…“of course we do”…but have never actually done…how would you price that, by the hour? by the room? by the wall? any suggestions would be appreciated…thanks:)
I try to be ~$0.20-0.40 per square foot plus windows. Depends on levels of debris, of course…
