So you don’t paint yourself into a corner, change it to "20 windows starting at $XXX. That way you are covered for unforeseen issues.

20 standard windows.

Kind of causes your potential customer to have a dialogue with you; and your generic pricing (because every job is different) gives the sense of a ball park figure, so as not to get locked into a mistake.

Much better. It’s simple not confusing if you get someone who wants outside only and they call no problem just price it they way you want

If anybody is interested this was the final draft that I ordered.
Some suggestions from you all didn’t get posted until after I ordered so this is what I’ll be handing out. Thanks again from all the folks who gave their input.
