Providing Benefits for Employees

We are a small operation. I have 3 full-time guys in the field, and we are looking to add a 4th soon. What kinds of benefits to you offer your employees? (health/dental/vision insurance, vacation, sick leave, etc.). Can you steer me in the right direction in terms of health insurance for employees, when I only have 3-4 of them?

I’m trying to work through these issues, and have not come up with any answers yet. We are in California, if that helps.

Check with Covered California for medical. They have a rebate you may be eligible for. You may also want to set up an HSA for you and your employees and just pay the monthly account fees. That way if you elect to provide a high deductable medical plan they can accumulate money to pay for health services.
