Thanks Steve.
I went ahead and re-read that thread it has a list of everything you need to build the pump box.
Hope it helps.
About 270 CFS⦠I think. But it was given to me, so Iām not sureā¦
You are only doing residential and you need a pump? Why? Iāve been using pure water for years (RO only) up to 3 stories on residential w/out a pump- no issues.
Didnāt read the whole thread , but lot of people bring the water with them in tanks no need to hook up to hose spigot then. Just push a button an get to working.
I am doing mostly commercial.
How many feet of pole tubinng are you running? What is the inner diameter of your tubing?
I am running 200ā of 3/16id tubing and with my new Tucker brush with 4 pencil jets, the water dribbles out, hardly any rinsing pressure at all.
Where is @pagliachi ? Love to know whatās in the blue box. Iām assuming a pump , but is there a battery in there also ?
Iām thinking about getting a 50 gallon tank an set it up for WFP.
I want something that can come on an off easy
@Infinity @John. @anyone&evreyone What pump is best to buy?, an what GPM an psi ?
Hey Josh how are you doing? Actually I did read your thread from start to finish several months ago, the one where you assembled a tool box with pump and battery. It was excellent, many thanks for sharing.
I did purchase a pump (5gpm/100psi) and made up a box with the battery inside. Take a look:
I have used it to spray cleaner onto cement before power washing. Now I will modify it for use in WFP. I did buy the controller as you suggested. Now going to hook it up. Will post more pics when done.
BTW, if I can do it anyone can do it. I HATE assembling things, modifying things, repairing things etc. I wish I āhad a guy for thatā⦠LOL! But not being a millionaire I guess this is par for the course.
Anyone want to chime in with āpersonal growthā, ācharacter building exerciseā etc?
You have only 2 pencil jets on your brushes right?
I noticed the reason why my pressure is sub-par: I switched to 4 pencil jet brushes.
Here it is, the cavemanās pump box:
Many thanks to @Pure_Water_Window_Cl for his long and detailed post explaining how to wire a variable speed switch to battery and pump.
Mine is in a wood box just because, no particular reason. Perhaps because it is the most basic setup. Keeping it simple.
No more low pressure problems boys and girls
