I installed rain flow on my parents house sept 2010, so just a year old. Checked to see how it was holding up and discovered it is shrinking length wise. There are gaps between the pieces which is allowing the maple tree pinchers to get in. They were definetly tight when I installed them.
Anyone else see this happening?
I have installed a few jobs for customers, hope this doesn’t come back to bite me.
Think I’ll just make money cleaning gutters out instead.
I have been installing Gutterstuff Pro (not the cheap knock off crap on ebay) and NEVER had a problem with it or complaints from customers, I charge $8 a foot
Thanks for mentioning a good alternative guys. I’m pretty peeved about this stuff doing this. If I have to start refunding customers rain flow will be getting a major earfull!
Chris have you guys had an issues like this?

Cyborg, Do you know that their are 5 different warranty options for GutterStuff. Are you buying from TJM innovations or the other guys that now have GutterInsertPro.
GutterStuffPro is an alternative that won’t shrink and is easier to install.

We have had a few reports of this and a few reinstalls in rainflows dime. They did mail us out new product to install. BUT I still pulled it from our store and from our list of services @ ACWC until I see a better resolution from Rainflow company. Its nice of them to mail out replacement product but that doesn’t help with the cost of labor to reinstall.
