I have practice glass and was wondering if you can remove distortion once it has been distorted by grinding on it… ?
Yes you can remove distortion, but the bigger issue is preventing the distortion in the first place. Distortion results from un-even grinding which leaves a lens in the surface of the glass. To remove the distortion you need to flatten out the lens.
