I’m pretty much like Garry I guess, my quote is for the whole hog screens, frames, tracks and glass and i make sure the customer is aware of this also of my guarantee of spot, smear and streak free glass or it will be re cleaned free of charge

Pretty much same thing. Have been using:
-Basic (exteriors, frames, sills)
-Standard (in/out, frames, sills, screens)
-Full (in/out, tracks, mirrors, screens, sills, frames)
…switching to exterior, interior/exterior, and full… way simpler and less awkward for customer. There’s a coffee shop here that sells a “choco-hazelnut crunch”. It’s a danish. I hate saying it, yet still like getting one every once in a while. Would go way more if it was called “Danish”. Lol.
