Route Work Scheduling

Please excuse my earlier attempt at humor, Mike.

Hey Larry,
I didn’t realize you making a joke. It looked like an honest question. Personally I need a smiley face to tip me off.

Here ya go!

That was funny Larry.

I hope DeJay doesn’t read this…

store front suck.

I have run the 4 wk cycle for the last 13 yrs. No problem at all . I just explain to the customer they will get an extra cleaning on a coupe of months.2 wks, 26 cleanings / Yr that way. 4 wks 13 cleanings a yr. I will only set jobs that are $100 or more on a 1 x month schedule.

2 and 4 weeks for me for the reasons mentioned. Helps me stick to my routes. I have some accounts that must be done on specific days at specific times so I schedule my routes with these. Most of the time, I have specific days set for my routes. If something comes up that I cant dot the route that day, I try to make it up asap so i can get back on schedule but I may push it back a week (haven’t yet, but may this winter). I’ve had no problems or complaints with it this way either.

Of course I’m a one man show, the dynamics would be different with Chris’s operation.
