I just ran out of safe restore and was told that they will not be selling the stuff in California until they get some labeling issues worked out. All of the stash of Safe Restore has been pulled from the shelves in Ca. I had no idea but this has supposedly been going on for more than 6 months?!!!
Does this mean that nobody can even have it shipped from out of state, unless someone buys it for them and ships it to them? This sucks, i need the stuff ASAP.

Manny I use them on super trashed windows with lots of hard water, scale, runoff etc. It works great. Out where i live there are tons of homes with glass windwalls that always have bad hard water damage, so i use safe restore on a lot of those jobs.
Hey Kris have you tried x-19 yet? ive got a sample of that. I wonder if it is as good as saferestore though. The MSDS says its a oxalic acid, so i wonder if it is as aggressive.

I talked to mike at eacochem and he said that they basically made an identical product and called it “One Restore” for us Californians. He didn’t say what happened, but he did say that we have some pretty strict laws. That’s all he would disclose
I talked to him at the trade show in Atlanta. It will still be safe restore just with a different name out here. All will be good. He gave me the whole story behind the name change and the labeling change. It’s long and stupid as to why they have to change the labeling for selling the same product…what else would you expect from our lawmakers out here in Cali?
