Save Time Detailing

Been dog-earring for 32 years, every channel I use (ettore) gets dog-eared. It works great to cut down detailing. Like Mark said it don’t work well on all windows because every edge is different, but nothing would work on them kind, but you’ll do as good as you can to get through good edging and detailing.

Still dog-earring works on the majority of windows I’ve cleaned. IMO I don’t never see it wear out the rubber faster but that’s just 32 years of experience that I’m sharing.

One good thing is I now put on the He-Man notch on the corner of the rubber in conjuction with the dog-earring, and with both together I get an even better cutting edge to the squeegee ! Herman/He-Man had put that up here (notching) and I think it is great !

I hope He-Man don’t leave, COME BACK HERMAN COME BACK !

Try the dog-earring and the notching, they both work great and together they are the APEX of edge cutting !

Ok Dange, with lots of trial and error and after listening to your advice and Marks, MyWagga, Karls, and the Hermanator. I’m down to trimming close to the channel and just the right amount dog ear bend, and an 1/8" notch. Are we keeping the notch even with an absolute 90 deg corner at the edge of the glass?

Herman, Make the deal with Chris and get your Ausie ass back on the forum.

& That’s about it!*
