I am quitting window cleaning and have one job I clean every 3 months. It is worth about $500 and I have been doing these windows for several years. I dont have a big list of regular customers as I always cleaned window on the side, not full time. Has anyone ever sold just a single job and what kind of terms would you negotiate. I would like to make a few bucks on the deal.
