Service Agreements for Residential

Has anyone had any success with contracts or just service agreements with residential customers?

What does your contract/service agreement look like that you give them? Do you give them anything to sign?

How do you contact them when their service is due? Do you call? E-mail? Both? Postcard? Do you contact at all or just stop by do the work and then bill?

What are your intervals of service? Monthly, quarterly or semi-annually?

Any do’s or dont’s

I’ve had a tiny bit of success with this but I would like to tweak it to make it better.

Even with a signed agreement I get more than 50% on return but not 100%. Is that normal?

Sinc houses are usually done only onc a year, I don’t bother with service agreements
