Service Kick - Your opinions, who uses it?

We dont have much in the way of decent review “sites” in the UK.

So wondered who uses this product, as you can tell im interested in it, but wanted to know what others thought of it first.

Please share your experiences…

thanks.

I think its a great idea. I will use it in the future but I’m just going full time with my company and have just recently established an internet presence. So I only have a few reviews here and there. Once I have more, it will certainly be worth it

I love it and have been using it over the winter…
Boss can jump in and answer specifics…

If you havent seen the recent WCRA promo if you join @349 you will get a Service Kick Membership for LIFE… Not a year for LIFE. I have 2 of those left. Service Kick normally costs about $240 a year.

We will basically be using it for our whole follow up process this year. Its got so many cool features… ask away if you have specifics.

I don’t want to add my opinion since I am affiliated, but I can answer any questions you my have. Ask me anything, Thanks!

The sooner you get started collecting reviews, the better. Since you are a WCRA member, you can get 50% off your monthly subscription fee. Let me know if you have any questions.
Chris The text is hanging off button on the bottom left of your ACWC site, try recopying/pasting that code and it should not do that now.

Well aside from social networking sites for reviews to be shared with and for ones posted on google to be collected by the SK - is there anything else I should be aware of?

Currently as I’m not doing social networking sites, I only intend to “collect” reviews, so im wondering if it’s just better for me to collect via a web form and post them on my site myself.

Chris - i dont see the reviews from SK on your website - aside from ones you have already posted yourself

Yea we have just been in the testing phase with it, we are going to be in the next couple of weeks fully integrating it… Basically what we are going to be doing is switching from phone follow up calls to email follow ups… ServiceKick will be the engine behind it… We are just playing around with the work flow now…

Are you switching to avoid phone calls or to ensure people get an email with links to “review” and “comment”?

I was thinking of using both (phone and email) - say email straight after and then phone a couple of days (say 2) should they of not replied to an email, as not everyone does.

Chris - so hows SK been going for you so far since we last brought up this discussion?
Chris Boss - how do you apply the 50% WCRA discount code? There is no code…

As a WCRA Member you have the oppourtunity to get 50% off your monthly fee with Service Kick.
