I have already posted several times but forgot to post in this area, so let me introduce myself. My name is Tory, short for Salvatore. I live in Mexico, but I am an American (Italian). I started cleaning windows for a company called Velasquez Maintenance in 2006, where I got all of my training. I have done mostly construction work from foundations to roofs and everything in between, but found that I was not making any money at it. So window cleaning payed more and its the easiest job I have ever had…so after a year I decided to go ahead and start my own business. I have enjoyed running my business very much, although the job never ends. I work more now than when I worked for someone else and now I know what my boss’s went thru with me and other workers. Now I’m the jerk boss.
Anyhow, I really like this forum. I have been on here a couple months already and have learned a great deal. From almost all the topics that interest me there is a great wealth of information from all you vets that have been running your window cleaning business for a long time. Thank you.
