Nice!

I saw Jake Brown skating the Combi Bowl out here at the Vans skate park and he seriously was lighting fires on the coping everytime he grinded. Sparks were coming off!!! nuts just super nuts.

Seth did you ever see the original Daewon vs. Mullen vid? who do you think won on that one? That one was too close to call. On the second vid i think Daewon took him though.

I think Daewon took it.

Sick… video…

Nope. Don’t know much about skating, but I do like to watch people shred! You git a link to the vid?

I haven’t been skating in almost 10 years but watching good video never gets old.

I was one of the original skaters in Albuquerque in the the 70’s. We didn’t have great equipment, but we skated in empty apartment swimming pools day and night getting chased out by security. Skated through malls being chased by security skated off the tops of police cars, jumped MG convertibles with our boards, and skated down the middle of I-40 in the drainage channel and skated off freeway overpasses. We did it all. It cracks me up these guys skating in a gym. Grow a pair and go do all that stuff with cars whizzing by at 70 mph, or running from a flash flood, then your skating, lol!

Yep, this middle aged guy was heck on wheels and we didn’t have helmets or pads because they didn’t even make em then. My only advice to skaters is take care of your knees, you’ll miss them when they’re gone. Interestingly, the board I had was a Bahne with Chicago trucks and Cadilliac wheels and I hear that Bahne is making that board again 30 years later?

Doh…too late :o

Steve is officially the man. Awesome stuff!

Yes Alex I am the man, but thank you for making it “official.” I’ve waited all my life to officially be “the man.”

hahaha

You got it:cool:

BTW - thanks for the t-shirts, that was awesome.
