What waivers do you get every single customer to sign if any? Does everyone give their customers the scratch waiver/FD waiver?

The only thing our customers sign is the check when the work is done.

nope, not sure why you would unless its a CCU, and since waivers wont really save you if you ignore manufacturers care instructions its kinda redundant just clean the windows without a blade…
