You just do the best you can, can’t control the weather or lack of help. Best thing to do is keep in good contact with the customers and be honest about the situation.
Seriously, right now people need to understand there is a severe shortage of labor, they’re fortunate to even have someone come out on schedule to clean their windows. Never fails there’s always someone wanting windows done “this week if possible”.
