What I am trying too do is wash the house only, just don’t want too hurt the deck. Was planing on using 12.5 mix, just don’t want too damage the deck. Hope that helps. The last house’s I soft washed with 12.5 mix, the decks were cleaned and water proofed. This customer don’t want anything done but a lite rinse on the deck.
You will be fine as long as you wet everything down first. Use a wide fan tip so you can just mist the house in the area that are in delicate ares. Just remember that dilution is the solution. ( i stold that from RCIA lol )

No I did not. It was CleanView Window Washing Service for a couple of months until I decided to offer more services. I didn’t want to be just marketing window cleaning. I’d rather do more gutter cleaning, gutter protection install and pressure cleaning there is more profit in it.
I understand. I started out just window cleaning but then got into pressure washing and roof cleaning. I took off the window cleaning and added “Exterior Solutions”
