that statement makes me wonder if you were by chance dealing with harder water than normal… It makes it difficult for the detergent to overcome, thus the “need” for “more than normal”.
the screens to PreQualify… watch out for ones that were previously "cleaned "and sealed with Screen rejuvenator of any kind!!!
It will eat up your soap, and will be useless after only a few screens… a real PITA!!! Charge double for these… LOL
