Something I found online and seems interesting

http://air-pollution.com/

Check out the video.

dude that is really awesome… but then again that would put us out of business or any other window cleaning business

Not really. In the video they say water or rain has to reach the window to remove the dirt that has been broken down to rinse it off. It’s no different than the so called self cleaning glass and we know what a joke that stuff is.

I would use it more so for windows that are prone to hard water spots. It is useless for interior because it needs water to rinse the dirt off.

What are the real differences between this and say 3 Star Barrier or a similar product?

I remember Chad reporting about this a while back. What took my interest was its hydrophillic properties as opposed to hydrophobic. This would be better for window cleaners all round for ease of cleaning. Don’t be scared by the patent - there are other companys knocking this stuff out.
All the other rainX & “ShineOn” stuff makes the window hydrophobic - this stuff is far more appealing to me.
