Stained Glass

I am new here and looking for advice on the best way to clean stained glass (decorative not mineral stains, however advice on this would be good as well) and how to charge for it.

For stained or leaded glass, I use 0000 steel wool and window cleaning spray. Others will use a vinegar/water mix in a spray bottle instead of the foaming spray. The lead bleeds off oil onto the glass and the steel wool does a good job taking it off.
