I hate when my store front customers ask me to give them a price for there house
Hair dresser pace j clean just ask me 2 weeks ago I still didn’t give him the estimate. Lol.
If he doesn’t like the price them I have to look at him every time I’m there cleaning his store. Ugh !!!

I pitched a donut shop on the Windows they said no, but we need the suspended ceiling light fixtures cleaned. I told him 15 bucks. “You do now?” Fifteen each? Sure will, let me go grab my ladder. Hate to think what kind of argument would have erupted if I hadn’t clarified and just done them real quick… that’ll be $120 please. Little Asian dude would have freaked out. Lol.
Hah, I was gonna do storefronts just to land residential clients… but suddenly my new uniform is drawing me res jobs like a magnet. Working one job today and lady from 4 yards across yells at me, “Hey, window cleaner! Can you give me an estimate?” Then next door neighbour comes home, “Careful on my interlocking… oh, and can you leave me a business card?”
I went from desperately trying to find work to being booked for 9 days straight.

I clean a coffee shop and the owner had me give her a quote on her home. She never called me for her home but I still clean the coffee shop. No hard feelings, business is business.
Give them a spitball. How big is your house? Single story? How many windows - oh, those are usually $150-$250 depending on how many windows you have but I can go by and take a look if you’d like.
If they don’t like the lower end of the range, then saves you time. If they like that range, then go bid it.

Absolutely … But what I think is fair, an what they think is fair is the problem.
What’s Strezy says is the fact … business is business here is the price if you can’t decipher the difference than it is what it is

Yeah, gonna have to buy one of those cooling shirts sooner or later and another patch.
Yeah I like the embroidered look, you don’t see that as much on shirts. I have my hats embroidered but my uniforms are done with a heat transfer because the the material type. Lookin good man
