I watched someone clean storefront windows today and it looked like he did extra work. He cleaned bottom of 6 x 8 window fanned and then polled from top to middle. He then cleaned the bottoms again.
Wouldnt it have just been easier to clean the top first?
was he old…maybe he had alzheimer

Was there some extra gak on it/them that required a prescrub?
