Lots of cleaners cleaned lots of windows before squeegees came along as well. The advantage for me with a swivel squeegee (Unger 0°, Wagtail or Excelerator) is extra reach and economy of arm movement plus once mastered, higher glass on a pole minimises breaking out the ladders.

the excelerator increased our storefront efficiency 20-30% as well as getting BETTER results and enabling to get to a lot of odd resi windows much more easily. i’d say it pays for itself 100 to 1 in the first year
