Have any of you dealt with Symbiot?
They keep hounding me to go clean a bank about 30 miles from me. I gave them a ‘go away’ price 6 months ago and now they’re wanting it done ASAP.
Are they another Nest?
Do you have a place on your estimates that gives a date in which the offer expires? I let the offer stand for only 60 days. After that, we re-estimate the price. Usually, in situations like yours, the price goes up.
But to answer your question about Symbiot, no, I have never delt with them.

Yes, my price quotes expire in 30 days. They popped up six months later on a Friday wanting it done within 48 hours. I laughed long and heartily.
They keep calling and emailing. Honestly, unless somebody pipes up and says that they’re God’s gift to window cleaners I’m just gonna pass. Why would I be in a big hurry to rush out and wash windows for some company I never heard of?

I got a call from a supervisor.
I told her how it had been handled up to this point. She apologized and got me a nice bump for my troubles. I’ll do it next week.
