Tattoos to me are played out
It really doesn’t matter how tall they are as long as you have the proper equipment. Tattoos don’t bother me, even though I have none, as long as they don’t have too many piercings. How much do yall pay your employees? Do you give them raises each year?

I can set up a ladder break down a ladder, And clean a window just as fast or as good as a taller guy. IM sure defuller can also just sticking
up for my short peeps.
When I was younger, short dudes used to alway mess with me and ask me how the weather was up there. If I was in a bad mood, I would spit on them and say that it’s raining…

Yep. Got me in a couple of fights also, but it was par for the course. When you are 6’3 by age 13, it gets old hearing that. I topped out at 6’5.

Hijack much?
It seems to me there are 3 areas height and long arms will have the advantage. 1)In residential, if you have to climb into bushes while carrying a step stool or ladder set it up climb it clean the window climb down, fold it up and go to the next window, versus walking right up to it cleaning and walk away. 2) large and tall second story windows in which you have to stand on the top rung to reach the top edge (although you could use a pole from the ladder, probably safer). 3) extremely wide windows, the more reach the more area you can clean without moving. All of which can be overcome with technique and good tool selection, I suppose.
And there are advantages to being short also.
