I hope you’re not talking about my girl Flo, lol.

My best employee has tats up and down his arms and is the best guy I have had work for me. Nice tats, colorful and very expensive, he brings a long sleeve shirt to jobs just in case and is very respectful, well presented, drug free, honest and the customers love him. People are judgemental but they are cool with this guy. I dont like earrings, nose piercings etc but tats are kind of accepted these days, at least in California
For sure, that lady holding the coffee is dumb haha, my company keeps it neutral on flyers and everything else. We let the work do the talking
I’m an equal opportunity employer…any clean cut man has the same opportunity to work for me as any other clean cut man.
I recently hired a long haired friend of a friend to help me with some demolition work at a non window cleaning job. He doesn’t know this but I would’ve hired someone else if the customer had been there. He is very kind but looks creepy like he should be in a police line up.
A guy could have long hair & tats and still look trustworthy. That wasn’t this guy. He looks like a creep but as far as I know is trustworthy.
It’s his choice to have long hair & my responsibility to hire employees that look and are trustworthy.
