Does anyone have their terms and conditions on their website? Since it would be available to the public online; would you need to bring it up to your clients? Perhaps a line in it stating by using services you agree to the t&c. Not sure if legal or ethical.

Yeah, that’s right I’m resurrecting a post from seven years (almost eight years ago)!

Not on my website, but with all invoices and estimates.

No they dont, because they know the terms and conditions prior to services. T&C form along with the “Estimate.”
