I want to publicly thank these two world-class organizations and their owners for their excellent customer service, fast deliveries, and exceptional prices on the pure water system and waterfed poles I purchased.

Without these products (Reach Higher Ground RO/DI Electric Cart, SHURflo battery-operated backpack, Gardiner SL-X 35 and Super-Lite 56 poles, Reach Higher ground hogshair brush, and various accessories) I would not have been able to successfully and productively enter the mid-rise market.

Now Larry, do you exactly know who you are thanking? What research did you complete that verified the exact ownership of these companies? Did you thank their investors as well? As far as “excellent customer service”, what type of grading system did you employ? Could we at least run a poll on WCR, verifying the excellence rating of customer service on behalf of these companies?

I’m glad I’m not the only one who feels like these two companies should be slathered in praise.

Okay, here goes.
I’ve had nothing but good experiences with all these guys. They are not just friendly on the surface like anyone wanting your business is, but really helpful and patient even when you have silly questions. Their customer service is top grade and they don’t resort to clever puns and innuendos to tear down the competition.
I can tell from talking to Shawn, Chris, and Alex on several occasions that they truly want all decent window cleaners to succeed.
