Give it to her in nickels and dimes by winging them at her front door. On second thought thatâs probably a pretty bad idea.
Maybe just say, oh sure lady and cringe the whole way back. Next delete her number from your phone and block it. Problem solved.

Steve, how did you handle existing customers with storms?
I let them know that I wouldnât be doing them after X date. For some customers that was one more cleaning for others it was two. I also used natural attrition. Customers die or move and the new owners call and I refer them elsewhere. I had one customer get her windows replaced just because she didnât want to hassle with finding someone after I said no and so did another company.
