The job I have been on for 3 days and counting

That’s a really good reason to use the broad knife instead of razors. You always think it won’t happen but it eventually does. I’ve cut myself several times with razors. I have the broad knife and files but I usually only use them on a serious CCU job.

Larry, are you in that video in the audience? I’ll have to watch it again.

Anytime! working with you was fun. As long as I’m free I’m down to help. Dude, I’m just glad I didn’t break your pole or anything.

This Job was a beast guys. It was so Effing windy too.

And thats not a streak it’s a drip.

Isn’t it strange how sometimes everything that can possibly go wrong on a job does? And yet on others they’re perfect - a lot easier then you had expected. The easy jobs never make up for the difficult jobs though.

I hope yall got a beer! (or two, or three…)

Does anybody know where San Diego got it’s name from?

NOW I know who you are…MATEO… got it. Sometimes its weird to hear the voice and match it to the face. Thanks again man.

From St. Didacus, according to Wikipedia.
Who makes these people saints anyway?

Tori, relax if you can. You deserve it!

Thanx Dan,
Been a crazy week for sure. Got an email from the boss-lady, she said the building looks “beautiful”. Personally, I dont think so…but glad she is happy. Now I just need to get the maintenance supervisor to like me and I am good. I think when all these guys who are late paying me finally do, I am gonna get a gift cert. for a nice resturaunt and give it to him. Not looking forward to the next clean on this one. This was not the whole building, Kyocera shares the back half, which I already did and that alone took 13 hours for the outside with the wfp. Good gig tho. All together this will be at least 5 days to do the job. Time to get that Gardiner for me and have my guys on the Tucker. When I can swing it, gonna have 3 or 4 gardiners going and ditch those Tuckers…you gotta be on steroids for those man.

For serious CCU jobs, I use carbon blades instead of stainless.

Anyone use Triumph Heavy Duty scrapers?

Yes, Richard – I’m the ugly one up front.

This one sounds like a nightmare. I bet you learned quite a bit from it though.

Does anybody know where San Diego got it’s name from?[/QUOTE]

Discovered by the Germans in 1904, they named it San Diego, which of course in German means a whale’s vagina.

your correct. States that right on the side of the basket 25mph dont go up. I’m sure Osha would have something to say about that.

“1926.453(b)(2)(vi)
Boom and basket load limits specified by the manufacturer shall not be exceeded.”

Even though this is a “Load” limit OSHA in no way is going to say it’s ok to use a lift in wind over 30 mph as it’s what the manufacture states is unsafe.
