I can see the option of having it set up in a central location and collect the blinds, bring them to the central location for processing, then bring them back to the different customers cleaned and dried.
As I understand having an exterior rinse makes the water in the unit last much longer, so don’t have to replace as often.
An “Evaporator Operation” (hang in front of a fan) would speed the dry time. 
Yes ma’am they can be dried when I reinstall then. I’ll just bring my mobile drying unit out here that’ll be x extra each. Btw, where is your face plate out here?
